- I am a forty-something happily married Alaskan woman with 4 children. I have struggled with my weight for a long time, and I finally lost 42 pounds and kept it off, thanks to Take Shape For Life. Because it worked so well for me, I am an independent health coach with Take Shape For Life, and I love having the opportunity to help people lose weight and become healthier. I love to knit and I have developed a love of yoga and running.
